Attentive Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Greater Seattle Area

We are looking for leads on a full time nanny for our 3-year-old and baby. Nanny must be: - Attentive (very minimal phone usage please) - Experienced with this age group, and encourage lots of play based learning - Reliable - Provide a loving and nurturing environment (we feel so much Mom and Dad guilt for working the amount we do, and are looking for someone who can help offset some of that :-)) - Health focused/active: preps healthy meals for the kids, lots of outdoor time and adventures - Willing to help with chores such as laundry, tidying up, dishes during naptime, letting the dogs out in the yard a couple times a day - we can pre-agree to a list Hours: - M-F 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay: - Competitive / market and based on experience, with paid holidays (10 days)
