About the job
My younger boy is busy (and getting busier!) but easygoing. My 3-year-old boy requires someone fun who will play and be silly with him in the process of going about the day. He can be pretty stubborn, and serious and stern does not work for us. I need someone to watch the baby in the morning, pick up my 3-year-old from preschool at noon (I will drop him off on my way to work). Ill be home by 5. The baby takes two naps (ideally in the crib, sometimes in the car or stroller if that's how the day goes) and the 3-year-old does quiet time alone in his room for about an hour. Mild meal prep (making sandwiches or heating something up) would be helpful. We have no allergies, one dog that can stay in the basement (but will need potty breaks) and two cats you will likely never see.
