About the job
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate babysitter to care for our 6-year-old son on either Saturday or Sunday every week from 9am-7 p.m. We are flexible about which day. Our boy is a bright, funny, and confident child with autism and adhd. We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and has experience working with children with special needs, particularly those who have experience working with children with autism as a Para-Educator at a school or as a Behavioral Technician in an Autism clinic. We are a family of 6, 2 parents, 1 aunt, and 3 kids. We have dogs, a cat, and chickens. Our older children are 16 and 13 and self-sufficient. We require you have a car, safe driving record, and are comfortable both watching our child in our home with us coming in and out, and taking our child out to do fun things during the day.
