Someone to look after twin 2-year-olds and a 4-year-old while my wife and I are working. They will be 10 hour shifts, 730-530. 12 shifts a month. You would need to prepare and clean up after breakfast and lunch. My mother is also home to assist, but she has cancer and is weak.
