Nanny Needed For My Children In Anacortes.

I need help watching my 4 almost 5-month-old child as I have started back to work after my maternity leave. I work from home but have meetings/projects that need my full attention. He likes his toys, can already roll over on his own which he needs tummy time and in his naps are contact naps working to try to get him to nap in his crib or bassinet if someone has experience sleep training that would be awesome.
