Nanny Needed For Our Two Little Ones!

We are looking to build a relationship with a trusted sitter to become our primary nanny for our two children. My wife and I are both in the airline industry so we do not work a typical "Monday through Friday 8-5" kind of job. We are looking for a nanny who is ok with overnights and odd hours. We are needing help for about 8-10 days a month. The times where we will need help may vary from 5-6 hours to a full day or two (typically a 30 hour period. ) We can discuss hourly pay rates and overnight rates. As far as our children, our daughter is currently 19 months old and our son is 3 years old. Both are very active, loving, creative and love to be outdoors. They also attend a preschool part time and bringing them to and from school would potentially be a part of the duties as well. Thanks for looking!
