Part-time Caregiver/Educator For 3yo And 6mo In Richmond

Seeking a part time nanny to care for our 6 mo and 4-year-old daughters. Ideally someone with infant comfort/experience, who values a developmental and play based approach, and considers discipline an opportunity to connect and guide. We love art, outdoors, reading, cooking, and exploring VT! We take a collaborative approach, welcome the input of our childcare provider. The infant will be in the nanny's care during all working hours, while the preschooler attends pre-school 2. 5 days/wk. Responsibilities include all duties related to child care and play. Meal prep/light housekeeping during downtime appreciated. We have a cuddly dog who barks at first but settles quickly. We offer competitive pay by experience/qualification and respectfully ask that non-smokers apply. No weekends or major holidays. One parent works at home full-time.
