Our 3-month-old son will need care in the mornings from 6:45am-10:30 a.m. while my husband sleeps (he works night shift). His work schedule varies with what days he has off, but we will know 1 month in advance what days we will need help. It will typically be 3-4 days a week. The only day we will NOT need help is Thursdays. Our son is a pretty happy, easy going guy! We do have dogs so we prefer someone that is comfortable with them, though you will likely not need to be around them at all.
