Looking for some help during the work week with my 13-month-old son! This would be non set hours and would be semi infrequent till August when I have our second son! Truly looking for someone to grow with our family, open communication and trust is an absolute necessity for us. Our son is a loving, fun and happy little man! He is relatively easy going kid but would need someone who is attentive, give snacks, diaper changes as well as be put down for a nap on occasion. I have a background in nannying and long term sitting, so I have a great understanding of the preferred environment and wish to create that for someone!
