Part-time/Flexible Nanny Needed In Essex (about 6-10 Hours/week)

We have a super fun and energetic 15-month-old daughter who we adore spending time with. Seriously, she is the best. BUT my husband and I both work very demanding jobs (mine comes with frequent but irregular travel), and so we are looking for someone who can help with childcare on a regular basis. Our daughter attends FT daycare from 8-5 M-F, so we are ideally looking for someone who can help regularly 3 evenings a week for a couple of hours between daycare pickup and bedtime. Sometimes this would be handling childcare, other times this may be tidying up/cooking dinner so that we can hang out with her. Bonus points if you are flexible enough that you can also help out with the occasional daycare closure or weekend date night!
