Social Emotional Support (PCA) For Autistic Teen

I'm probably looking for a unicorn, but I need someone to provide social emotional support and PCA services for my 14yo autistic son who has a PDA profile. My son struggles with anger management and low frustration tolerance, meaning he experiences sometimes violent meltdowns. He is currently homeschooled with an emphasis on the culinary arts. He is also super interested in cryptids, ghost stories, dungeons & dragons, and military history. He's a really curious, creative, and intelligent kid - with severe learning disabilities and emotional regulation challenges. I'm looking not only for respite care (although I certainly need that), but also someone experienced in helping teens with behavioral issues. (We've tried traditional therapy - he refuses to participate.) Schedule is extremely flexible and part time.
