Looking for someone with experience and childhood education background with the skills to apply age-appropriate redirection with consistency and calmness in a busy, energetic household. Focus on the kids - daily opportunities for physical activity and enrichment. Cooking and housekeeping will be light, limited to lunch and tidying kitchen and play area. Ideally we would like to find a good match with someone interested in working with the kids until the youngest is in school full-time (2027?) Happy to share more details with serious applicants.
