Nanny Needed For My Children .

Looking for long-term nanny to provide nurturing, active child care for busy household. A typical day would begin at 8 a.m. with just the 2 yr old, at 10:30 meet 4 yr old bus Play, lunch, nap. While kids are resting some light cleaning then take a break until kids are awake. At 2:35 7 and 5yr old cousins arrive after-school. Snack and playtime until 5:00. We have tons of educational toys and games, outdoor toys, sandbox, play structure. There is always at least one other adult in the house (work from home) Care is all at home, no transportation of kiddos needed. Compensation is negotiable - my preference is to set it up as a salary with paid holidays, vacations, and PTO. Additional time over scheduled 36/week would be rare and paid out at an hourly rate. We have two cats in the household which don't require care.
