I'm looking for a great nanny for our 10-month-old. We would love someone who is great at creating stimulating playtime activities and is willing to maintain a structured routine. We absolutely need help to make sure baby goes down for naps in her own crib. Mom works from home, so it will be important to maintain distance in our individual spaces during work hours. Our nanny must be comfortable with pets as we have 2 huskies who enjoy being near the baby. Ideally, we would love someone who could do light cleaning around the house, meal prep, etc. We are a family of 6. My husband is military and works a revolving schedule, so hours could vary. Occassionally, care would include my 8 and 6-year-old boys if they are home from school, etc.
