Need Reliable Consistent Sitter For 3 Boys

Hello there. We are looking for a reliable steady baby sitter for our three boys ages 13, 8 and 3. Our toddler is potty trained so no worries about diaper changes. The days and hours will vary as we will mostly be needing a sitter for date nights. We will always give advanced notice for when we need care. The days will primarily be Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional Monday but of course there may be other days when we might need care. We prefer someone that can stay for the later hours such as 11 p.m. or later. We are willing to pick up and drop off if needed. We do have two dogs so bring comfortable around animals is a requirement.
