Nanny Needed For My Children In Yorktown.

I am a single parent with three energetic kids (8, 6, and 4). We recently moved to the area and have no support network. I would like someone who has an authoritative child rearing style and is comfortable dealing with Black children. They like to read, do puzzles, play hard, and express themselves. I need someone with energy and who can keep up with their busy bodies. At times, I would be in the house handling other business while the caregiver is keeping the children occupied. At other times I would like a break and would want someone who can stay with them in the evening (8 p.m. until 2am) on a Friday or Saturday. Finally, there may be times when I need to take one child to an activity out of the home for a few hours and I would like someone to stay in the home with the other children.
