Part Time Help With 1yo (Flexible Schedule)

Hello, I am looking for help with my 1-year-old! (Turning 1 in Jan) I work from home and just need someone to help me entertain her while I'm in meetings. Eventually I would like someone to take care of her for a full day while I go into the office. I am looking for someone who is flexible as my schedule tends to change often (I do provide notice ahead of time). She loves music and watching her movies and most of all she loves to eat and go on walks. This will solely be for her and to entertain her while I'm unavailable.
