We are looking for an experienced nanny to care for our 2-year-old daughter. Looking for someone who can provide care in our parenting style (gentle, Montessori-esque). We do not allow screen time, and want her to have a day mixed with independent play and hands-on engagement/learning. We have an elderly cat.
