Nanny Needed For My Infant In Winchester.

I am looking for an in-home nanny 2-3 full days a week for my 3-month-old son. I start back to work and my husband works from home for the majority of the week and we are looking for someone who has strong experience taking care of infants. I am a first time mom and want someone who is well versed in learning cues, his likes/dislikes as he still isn't quite on a daily schedule with naps and feeds, and will need to be willing to learn with him to address his needs throughout the day.
