Virginia Beach family needs a full-time nanny. We have a 4-year-old who needs care for the summer months. I also have twin 13-year-olds who may need to be transported different places although they are not in need of babysitting per se. We do not have pets and are a nonsmoking household. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
