Monday+Thursday Sitter For Two Cuties

We have two lovely little girls, a 4-year-old and a 6-month-old. We are looking for someone to rotate between the two. Mainly you'll be with the baby while I pick up the oldest and take her to activities. On Mondays I leave at 11:30 to pick her up from school and she has activities 3-4. On Thursdays I pick her up at 11:30 and she goes directly to an activity until 2. At that time you'll be at our home with the baby. 50% of the time she will be napping, either in her crib or she'll fall asleep on you. She's a very happy baby, loves music, watching the dogs play, books. She is not on a strict schedule, some times she'll have a 20 min nap other times it will be 2+ hours. Usually when I'm out with the oldest I'll take that time to run errands. When I'm home with oldest I'll take over duties of the baby and you'll have the oldest. She loves board games, crafts, pretend play, and ride bikes. We have a million toys and things for her to do. She has a great imagination. She can be shy and take awhile to come out of her shell. We are a pet friendly house, we have two overly friendly dogs and an elderly cat. The cat is friendly but prefers to be alone. The dogs are obnoxious and loving. Our yard is fenced in, at most you'd have to open the door to let them out. You won't be asked to cook or clean just prepare bottles or light snacks for the oldest. My husband works from home so if there are any emergencies he is available.
