Virginia Beach Family - House Manager (Teenage Kids)

More than just a babysitter or nanny, I really need a house manager/partner-someone who can help keep things running smoothly. My kids are fairly independent (ages 11, 14, and 16), and my older boys don't need much aside from the occasional ride home from school. The primary focus would be helping with my 11-year-old daughter-getting her from school and to/from practices. In addition, I'd love someone who can assist with small projects or chores around the house when there's downtime. I do have a dog, she's super sweet and easy. I work from home, so I have a lot of flexibility, but I also travel for work. There may be times when I need help with the kids. Ideally, Id love to find someone who feels like part of our family and can help organize our lives, especially with my husband's business travel.
