Nanny Needed For My Children In Virginia .

My son is currently two and a half months old and right now needs to be every two hours but that will space out the older he gets. He will need to be fed and changed regularly. Possibly laundry done based on the messes he creates. We are working on baby sign language and would like that maintained with no screen time. We just need occasional baby sitting but can make regular days and hours if needed. My schedule has rotating weeks and my sons father has last minute work days and hours that are hard to predict. We need someone that can be flexible.
