Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Virginia

Hello! I am looking for a reliable babysitter to watch my 2-year-old son for a couple of hours while I take meetings. I work from home and will be there the whole time, just in my office. I am not sure how many hours a week, but I an estimating around 5. My meeting schedule does vary, but some are set every week. Finding someone who can adjust to meet the changing needs each week potentially would be ideal. Could be a college student or even a stay at home mom who brings one of their children along with them. For example, Mondays are always 2 hours of meetings a day, but something may pop up at the end of the week where I need more help. Would love to chat and see if I can find a good fit. If so, I would ask to meet in person first to see if it would work out and ideally would like the start the second week of January. Thank you.
