Part Time Nanny Starting In February

We are looking to possibly hire a part time nanny in February. We currently have one right now but she will be leaving us to travel to another country. My husband and I have a hybrid work schedule and we are looking for someone to help us take care of our 5-month-old at our house while we attend work meetings. There will always be someone at the house. We would like to do an interview + paid trial run starting next month to get the baby, us, and you comfortable. We will be performing a background check, criminal + MVR check, and drug test on this individual. We do have 2 dogs. We are non-smokers. I speak Spanish and want the baby to learn Spanish. Need someone with reliable transportation.
