Childcare Needed For 17 Month Old.

I'm looking for a baby sitter willing to watch my 17-month-old child at my house for two days out of the week (Monday through Friday only, no weekends). I'm a nurse who works part time so I work two 12 hour shifts a week. Most likely you will be watching my child for less than 12 hours though because my husband typically gets home around 4 or 5 and if he's going to be much later we have parents who can come over until he gets home. I'm looking to pay $200 for the 2 days weekly, but I'm willing to talk about rates. Days will vary from week to week. I can't say that it will be the same two days of the week every week. Would need someone to be at my house around 6:15/6:20 so I would be able to make it to work on time. I am also open to someone babysitting my child in their home .
