Part-time (flexible Hours) Nanny For Newborn In VB- Hilltop

We are looking for a great nanny for our newborn in VB- hilltop area. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets ( we have a sweet bernedoodle), and is comfortable getting the d-tap and flu vaccines. We are flexible with hours- the baby is due October 2 and we will both be home so we only need a few hours at the start where we can all get to know each other. In early November, I will go back to work part time but I work remotely so I will be around. Hoping to have a nanny come for a few hours 3-4 days a week from around 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. but we're flexible! Newborn experience and great references are required!
