Nanny Needed For Our Daughters

We are looking for a nanny for our two daughters (2 and 3. 5 yrs old). Ideally, looking for someone who has experience with toddlers or preschoolers and can engage then in age appropriate activities. Additionally, should be honest, reliable and proactive with the children. Our older daughter goes to preschool three days a week (half days) and on those days we would need support getting her ready for school. Thanks!
