After School Caregiver Needed For 2 Children In Vienna

We are in need of after school homework help and driving to activities for our two daughters. Our 16 y. o. daughter has Down syndrome, so homework help involves supporting her as she identifies what homework she has to do, and general studying to increase her knowledge (e. g. basic algebra, reviewing government class material). She has after school activities such as JV cheer into Nov, the likely HS gymnastics over the winter. Our 13 y. o. needs reminders to stay focused on homework and studying, and a pal to help her work through it. She has soccer and field hockey currently; winter activities will vary. She needs to be driven to sports. Ideal candidate is a college student with an interest in education or special education, but that is not required. We have two dogs and one cat. Days and times can vary, we have some flexibility.
