Seeking Family Assistant to support a busy household with 3 children. Will work in collaboration with SAHM. Responsible for housework, meal prep, organizing, & general assistance, while maintaining a safe & nurturing environment for our children. NOT a nanny only role. Childcare -Supervise & engage with children aged 2, 6 and 7 as directed by mom -Ensure a safe & stimulating environment Housekeeping -Perform cleaning duties, including laundry for 5, sweeping, mopping, and organizing rooms -Maintain cleanliness in common areas and childrens spaces -Proactive and reliable Meal Prep -Plan & prepare healthy meals for the family in collaboration with mom Organizing -Implement systems for managing household tasks and routines. -Declutter & maintain organized spaces Overnight -Provide overnight care on a monthly basis
