What Were Looking For: Experience caring for toddlers and young children, with a solid understanding of age-appropriate development, milestones, and activities. A love for fun and creating--engaging our boys in interactive play, outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, and imaginative storytelling to encourage development. A nurturing and patient demeanor that ensures a safe, loving, and structured environment. A proactive approach to daily routines, including meal preparation, nap schedules, and light housekeeping related to the children.
