PRN/Occasional Nanny Needed For A Toddler In Sterling

Hello, we are a family in Sterling. We need a nanny who can care for our daughter (toddler) two weekends a month (the schedules must be flexible) and do light household work related to our baby (not ours). It would be great to have someone with flexibility. We will also do our best to coordinate in advance while requesting flexibility. Schedule: - 2 weekends in a month (with some flexibility to change the schedule - this is required as both parents work schedules tend to shift from time to time) - Occasionally, I coordinate to help during the weeks while I am on a business trip from Monday to Friday. (This is not mandatory, but it would be great if we could find someone with flexibility.)
