About the job
We are looking for support for our Autistic son, mostly in the mornings this week, in the afternoon after school starts again. This would be an ongoing babysitter situation with the possibility of being a part-time nanny. Experience with children with ASD preferred. He is high functioning but has issues with impulse control. (Mostly taking things apart to see how they work and other general home destruction.) He is working with a therapist, but can get aggressive and needs to be redirected. His mom will be working along side you most of the time. (He acts out when he does not have the complete attention of a person. This will help his mom be able to get stuff done.)
