About the job
My husband and I run very busy businesses out of our home and we are looking for an experienced nanny to care for our 2-year-old (25 months) son in our home while we work in our home offices. We are looking for someone who has experience with working with late talkers (My son babbles and says a few words but is behind in speech). Ideally, you have a degree in childhood development or have professional success in helping children meet their developmental milestones. He is highly active so our ideal nanny has to have energy to keep up with his. This is a full time position (about 40 hrs/week) and I anticipate our needs will last for about a year, but we can be flexible as needed.
