Part-time Nanny For 6month Old Needed

I am looking for a part time caregiver to help care for my 6month old son in our home during the work week, at minimum 3 days. Eventually someone who also is available for date nights occasionally would be great. I currently work from home so I will be there to assist with the adjustment and available for guidance. I would hope to find someone who is able to help with implementing and maintaining a consistent a routine while also helping him learn as he develops and works towards meeting milestones. A caregiver who is experienced and will make my son's needs a priority while I am working is required.
