- Weekly payment + 10 PTO days (5 days by June & 5 days by December) + 12 paid federal holidays - 6-month-old baby boy (one kid only) - mom works from home full time - baby is breastfed or bottle fed with breast milk with 2 - 3 snack meals in between - baby sleeps between 30 to 90 minutes per nap during the day - baby's wake window is between 90 - 120 minutes during the day - baby's feeding schedule, nap duration and wake window changes gradually as he grows - baby schedule roughly follows eat, play, sleep order; play time includes burping, digesting, diaper change, floor play with tummy time and other activities - baby needs bottles and plates washed and sterilized - baby needs his laundry to be washed, dried and organized roughly 2 times a week - baby is friendly, observant and loves human interaction
