Greetings, I am looking for an evening nanny for my child. She is 5 years old with autism but does know how to communicate. Still potty training but can wear pull ups if needed. I would actually prefer for someone who is okay with my daughter staying at their house and maybe giving me a flat rate for overnights versus by the hour.
