ISO full-time nanny for our 4 MO daughter beginning Jan 2025. We hope to find an attentive & nurturing caregiver for a long-term position. LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS: - US Citizen, can pass a background check - Paid via payroll (taxes withheld) - Driver's License with a clean record & reliable transportation to & from work (we can provide a car to transport baby as needed) - Non-smoker - Fluent in English - COVID/Flu/TDAP Vaccinated CAREGIVING REQUIREMENTS: - Enjoys & has experience working with young babies - Helps establish & adhere to feeding/nap schedule - Interactive & engaging without screen time - Light, infant-related housekeeping NICE TO HAVE: - CPR/First Aid certifications - Occasional weekend/nighttime availability for extra events as needed (paid) BENEFITS: - PTO for 11 Federal holidays + 2 additional weeks (personal)
