Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Spotsylvania

Family needs an in-home nanny. My husband and I work from home and will be working in the basement while caregiver looks after our 2 daughters (18 mos. and 3 yrs. old) on the main level of our home. My daughters are a bit shy at first, but full of personality once they warm up. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Mainly just cleaning up toys and activities after the kids are done with things. Preparing and cleaning up after lunch for both children would also be part of the job. My 3-year-old is learning to read and we would love some time spent on phonics lessons daily. Looking for someone kind, nurturing and patient, but who is also comfortable being firm and enforcing rules.
