Nanny/Mothers Helper Needed For 3 Children In Round Hill.

I am a full time stay at home mom with 15-month-old twins and Im due with our third in June. Im looking for someone who is able to help me make this transition to having 3 kids under 2. What I would mostly need is someone who is willing to switch back and forth between taking care of my twins and the newborn so that I can spend quality time with each. We would also like someone who could occasionally come and babysit on weekends, but that is more flexible. We have 2 big but very friendly dogs as well who mostly stay out of your way but could use a daily walk or 2. We live on 17 acres so no leash needed, they would just trail along with you and the stroller! Thanks in advance for considering working with my family.
