Nanny For My Infant

We are looking to hire a full or part time nanny to care for our infant child- I'm due in June and going back to work in August. Ideally the nanny will help us keep up with light household chores/upkeep and some meal prep. We do have 2 dogs and a cat. We expect the caregiver to interact with the baby throughout the day- both inside and outside- and not simply lay her or prop her up in front of a screen all day. If the caregiver is qualified and full-time, benefits such as health coverage, retirement, etc can be discussed.
