Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Roanoke

I am a Weekend Nursing Supervisor w/ Saturdays & Sundays being 16 hour shifts (family & friends will help ensure a caregiver is not responsible for those long days, unless comfortable doing so a weekend a month) & there will be weeks when I will volunteer for hours during the week for overtime & will request help those days (voluntary overtime you will have plenty of notice) my schedule will vary & be unpredictable @ times, I am responsible for being Nurse Manager On Call, I know this schedule @ the beginning of each month, and usually it is one day a week for 24 hours & would appreciate a caregiver that would be willing to make herself readily available w/ very short or no notice during certain times when I'm on call (the hours you would be willing to be available w/o notice would be decided by you, unless I have special requests)
