Looking For A Kind, Nurturing, And Patient Nanny For Our Soon To Be Seven Month Old Daughter

Hello! I am returning to work and am looking for a nanny to take care of my soon-to-be 7-month-old daughter. I hope to find a long-term caregiver that will help guide and nurture her for at least a year. More about our family: my husband and I both work from home, and he enjoys sneaking away to play with our daughter or help her with naps or diaper changes when he can. I am continuing to breastfeed and plan to continue to do so for the next few months until she naturally weans. Furthermore, we have two additional members of our family - two somewhat mischievous, but also very cuddly, cats. Our daughter's typical day at this time: mat-based play time around the house or on the front or back porch, stroller/carrier walks, and three naps. Our parenting style leans towards Montessori play and attachment parenting.
