Hello! I am returning to work and am looking for a nanny to take care of my soon-to-be 7-month-old daughter. I hope to find a long-term caregiver that will help guide and nurture her for at least a year. More about our family: my husband and I both work from home, and he enjoys sneaking away to play with our daughter or help her with naps or diaper changes when he can. I am continuing to breastfeed and plan to continue to do so for the next few months until she naturally weans. Also, we have two somewhat mischievous, but also very cuddly, cats. Our daughter's typical day at this time: mat-based play time around the house or on the front or back porch, stroller/carrier walks, and three naps. Our parenting style leans towards Montessori play and attachment parenting. Benefits include PTO, sick leave, and holidays.
