School Pickup Till Dinner + Weekend Support: Room & Board Possibly Included

We will need after-school pickup and dinner support plus some weekend help for at least six months (Oct-April) while my spouse is on military assignment and I work remotely full-time and solo parent our two kids. We are starting the search early, but also willing to begin the job sooner for the right person. You'd potentially have the option of room and board being included. (We have a standalone 1BR apartment behind our house.) This could be a great fit for a motivated college student, someone retired, or... you tell us! We are open to all applicants, with a preference for someone kind who has experience with lively4-year-old boys and active toddlers. We practice shame-free parenting and expect our caregivers to respect our kids as full humans (while also offering the guidance and support that small children obviously require!).
