Looking For A Long-Term Nanny For Our Sweet Boys

We're looking for a part-time nanny who brings curiosity, exploration, compassion and love to our two sweet little boys - 1-year-old and almost 3-year-old (in preschool part-time). We'd like someone who takes a gentle parenting approach, prioritizing warmth and connection with our children. Ideally: - Care for our 1-year-old and pick up our almost 3-year-old from preschool and have the afternoon with both of the kiddos - Top priority is quality care for our little guys, but as time allows would request some assistance with light housework (cleaning toys, tidying up kids spaces, baby and possible family meal prep, etc) - Engaging activities throughout each day (music, reading, age-appropriate play, sensory activities, outdoor time, story-times, museums and no screen time)
