Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Bon Air - 3 Days A Week

My wife and I looking for a great nanny for 2 children three days a week. Our kids are 2 years old and 3 months old. My wife works three days a week, but the days that she works varies weekly. For that reason, the days when we need care will shift week to week. I work from home, but am often stuck in meetings and am not able to attend to the little ones. Tasks would include general help/entertainment for the kids, and helping with meal and nap time. Ideal hours would be from 9am-4pm, but that is flexible.
