Personal Care Attendant (Consumer Directed Care)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for A, a child with childhood dementia. Responsibilities include assisting with all activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding. The role requires mobility support, including helping A with her walker and wheelchair, and ensuring her safety during transfers and ambulation, as she is prone to falls. The caregiver must also lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and engage A in physical fitness and socialization activities to enhance her well-being. Applicants must be 18 or older, CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification), have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
