Nanny Needed For My Child In Richmond

We're looking for a caregiver to provide primary care for our infant daughter between the end of my maternity leave in February until we can enroll her into daycare May-July. Our child is a premie and is immunocompromised. My husband and I work from home and can provide support for care when we're available. The caregiver would arrive to our house between 8-8:30 a.m. The primary responsibilities during the day are feeding, diaper changing, playing, and napping of our child and small house tasks related to the baby. Her schedule is every 3-4 hours, so there would be about 3 feedings and 2-3 naps per day. We'd like for the caregiver to focus on developmental learning and play during wake hours. We live in a walkable neighborhood and have a fenced yard for outdoor play and activities. The day would end between 4-5 p.m.
