Responsibilities include following a set daily routine, providing age-appropriate care, fostering developmental milestones, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Light housekeeping related to the baby (e. g., bottle prep, washing, etc.) is included. Ideal candidates have prior infant experience, strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor. Must be dependable, CPR certified, and comfortable working closely with parents.
