About the job
My husband and I are professionals living in near-west end Richmond and are seeking an afterschool sitter for our two children beginning January 6, 2025. The job entails picking up our 5-year-old from preschool and our 8-year-old from elementary school, both within walking distance from our home, helping with homework, transporting both children to afterschool activities, providing afterschool snacks, and assisting with folding the children's laundry occasionally. We are looking for someone who will engage with and nurture our children and have fun with them! My children have loved both nannies they've had and are ready to love someone new. The hours are 1/1:30 p.m. to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. This role would go through the end of the school year, but with the potential option to stay on through the summer and next school year.
